By now I am sure most of you know that I have opened my own commercial brokerage company to help businesses find financing. I would like to share a few of my loans that I have closed and gotten approved over the last few months.

Lines of credit

2 factoring loans. Serving the oil and gas industry.

Vessel loans

3 oil field vessel loans approved and ready to close.

Amounts$2,500,000-$5,000,000.
Rates are 6.25%- 10%.
Amitorizations are from 5-12 years
Struggles:
- Some had cash flow issues and some had issues with the values of the vessels declining.

Equipment

4 loans on equipment

Amount- $100,000-$400,000
Rate- 8-20%
Amitorizations- 30-60
Struggles
- 2 clients had tax liens over $300,000. One was about to file bancrucpy. They all had equipment that was free and clear to pledge for a lease.

Real estate

2 loans on commercial realestate with stated income

Amount- $500,000-$1,000,000
Rate- 7.25-10%
Term- 30 years
Struggles
- Customers could not prove cash flow however they owned the building with a loan to value below 70%.

SBA 7A

3 SBA 7A loans

Amount- $250,000-$3,000,000
Rate- 2.25% above prime
Term- 10 years
Collateral- Equipment and assets of company
Struggles
- Cash flow was tight, and some were startup companies.

I have also referred 3 loans and 2 deposit accounts to local banks. Please call me if you are interested in some of my customers that are bankable or deposits (which are becoming more valuable in banks today). If I believe that any of my customers are bankable I will refer them to a banker. I believe that would be best for the customer.
